thirty-five years in the hospitality industry, Neil Salerno worked for
several prestigious hotel management companies.

industry in 1967, he held positions in hotel sales, marketing, and

He has also had
operational and marketing experience with many franchises such as: Marriott,
Holiday Inn, Sheraton, Days Inn, Radisson, Hilton, Embassy Suites, Best
Western, Choice, Hampton Inn, and several independent hotels. Through the years, Salerno has used his personal experience to create his coaching/mentoring program as a solution to assist companies with the challenge of developing and retaining talented people.

deeply these people influenced his successes. This realization focused his
attention on developing techniques to reach-out to coach and mentor
